Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and applicable holidays.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping/transit time. Shipping estimates begin once your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Times

We currently offer the following shipping options:

Standard Shipping: 14–20 business days
Priority Shipping: 7–14 business days

Weekends and applicable holidays are not included in these estimates.

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Unexpected circumstances outside of our control—including carrier delays, severe weather, customs processing, high shipping volumes, or other transportation disruptions—may occasionally affect delivery times.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when tracking is available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order is shipped, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or has been shipped.

Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our customer support team so we can assist you and review the shipment.

Please keep in mind that occasional carrier, customs, weather, or other transportation delays may occur after an order leaves our facility.
